Tape 201-2538 is UL approved with UL File n° OANZ2.E229667 as component for 180°C applications.

Common applications include:

•   Flame retardant electrical insulation tape on wires, busbars and coils

•   Hold-down, banding and insulationtape on high-temperature transformer coils

•   High-temperature masking tape for contact finger protection in wave soldering applications

•   The high chemical inertness allows the use of the tapes as protective liner against chemicals on wood, metal or plastic surfaces

•   Release films in thermosetting molding applications where contamination free part release and clean removal of the tape from the tool surface is required
